Got an email today with a NVC checklist about missing IV fees, I got the IV fee bill yesterday and paid it yesterday also. Funds have been taken out of checking account today.

Sent DS230 today next day delivery.

Should I ignore the letter or should I call NVC to see what's up?

I think you should ignore but never hurts to call NVC to make sure it's a false checklist :)

I-130 Processed at USCIS

you should go here (to follow the instructions) and submit this... i got surprised by nvc when this could have been submitted w/ the ds230. this would delay your case for another week to case complete. just note they might not have a packet 3 for your country. i would call nvc to confirm.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

08/02/12 - Case completed and commenced final review.

08/03/12 - Shipped all copies of forms/letters/documents to my wife - arriving on 8/9/12.

08/06/12 - Case completed final review.

08/09/12 - Appointment letter received via email interview date set 9/6/12.

08/14/12 - Medical exam done.

08/15/12 - Medical exam results all normal.

09/06/12 - Submitted required documents at the embassy and interview set next day at 0730.

05/16/13 - Arrived at GUZ and impromptu notice on the front it was closed.

The DS230 should be arriving today before noon at the NVC also, I'm going to wait until tomorrow to call and see what's up, give the system another day.

Yeah don't worry your fee will show PAID soon. Don't worry about the checklist, it's common, but like I said "fake"
