Hey everyone,

My fiancee and I are in the process of filing the I-485, and are considering filing the I-765 as well. Is there a fee to file the I-765 for K-1 folks?

The I-485, I-765 & I-131 all for $1070.00 when filing AOS

The I-765 fee is waived when you file it concurrently (in the same package) with an I-485. Ditto the I-131.

07/26/2012 - 10/18/2012: 85 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.

I am a United States citizen!
