Question about passport photos

Hello everybody!

I thought I had my package pretty well put together but now I'm confused about how many passport style photos I need.

And do I need make copy's of mt birthcertificat and other documents for the i 864 too and the I 765, even if they are in the same package as my I-485?

Please help

Photos: 7 for beneficiary 1 for USC

Putting copies with separate forms won't hurt you if they asked for those documents :yes:

Thank you I can't figure out what the last picture is for. I need one for the g325a for form I 130

2 for I 485

1for g325a for I 485

2 for I 765

And what is the last one for

AP, if you're doing it.

As for multiple copies of the same document...best to prepare each form like the others weren't even there. Have a I-485 packet and an I-130 packet, etc.

Also are tax transcripts enough evidence for the affidavit of support?

Is the petitioner also the sponsor?

I believe you need to include the sponsor's 2011 tax return or tax transcripts, W-2 and 30 days worth of paystubs. I did the I-864ez though, so the requirements might have been a little different.

Yes, he is!

I was under the impression that the tax transcripts already include the w2.

That's a good point, they might. I never really looked because 2011 was the one year I hadn't lost my w-2 for.

If you qualify for using the I-864ez form, I recommend it. It's very simple.

What kind of form is it?

I can send my husbands paystubs, but he gets payed weekly so this will be a lot of papers for the last six month!

I planned on taking some to the interview.

The taxtranscripts are pretty clear on his income for the past three years, he is well above the poverty line and it's government issued.

I rather have more than not enough!

The I-864ez is a simplified version of the I-864. If your husband is your petitioner and your only sponsor, you can probably use it. Might as well as look at it and see.

I'm not sure now where I read that you needed to include 30 days worth of paystubs. I can't find it, but that's what I sent in. That way you can show current income. No need for 6 months worth. Bring those to the interview. In a giant suitcase. :P

Why do need W2 if we are sending tax return transcript?

tax transcripts stands alone, you dont need anything else with it, its a compact statement which includes everything, as for the photos:

1 for i130

2 for i485

2 for i765

if you filed advanced parole( AP) you will need 2 for that also

so thats 7 in all

6/29/12 AOS Package mailed Chicago Lockbox

7/01/12 Package delivered

7/09/12 NOA email notification

7/14/12 Received hard copy of NOA in the mail

7/16/12 Received biometric appointment letter for 8/01/12

7/23/12 Successful walk in Biometrics

8/15/12 Received email for interview notice

8/17/12 Received interview notice in the mail

9/10/12 EAD card ordered, (didnt get email or text checked it on USCIS website)

9/18/12 EAD card received in the mail

9/18/12 Interview done, approved on the spot!

9/19/12 Got email that approval notice was mailed out on 9/18/12

9/22/12 Received Approval notice in the mail

9/24/12 Got email that greencard was sent in the mail

9/26/12 Received greencard in the mail, thank you lord!
