Hi! I will be sending my reply the RFE. My RFE was about our Circumstances of Meeting and Last Personal meeting. We wrote in our statements that we have attended the same school here in the Philippines. I have attached all the necessary school documents.

here is a copy of a cover letter that I did just so the officer will have a brief overview of the documents I am sending

Wow...very nice. That should be more than enough to prove personal meeting. Especially the time dated documents.

Looks really good! If you have any of the boarding passes from your trips, include those as well. You might have already done this, but include pictures of you together. Pictures of you with the beneficiary's family helps too. I think you are giving them what they need. Good luck to you!

Looks really good! If you have any of the boarding passes from your trips, include those as well. You might have already done this, but include pictures of you together. Pictures of you with the beneficiary's family helps too. I think you are giving them what they need. Good luck to you!

thank you for that :innocent: my fiance didnt keep his boarding passes :( too bad. ah soo Ill include pictures again? I included 2 pictures which has the actual film date. the previous ones that I sent were just all dated by me :) if thats the case and theres no harm, id still include some :dance:

For some reason, I missed the part where you wrote 2 photos included. Well no worries about the boarding passes since you have stamps and other things showing the proof of trips. I just mentioned the pictures in case that was something missing. No, there is no harm in sending more pictures. The more the better when it comes to RFEs. You don't want to give them anymore reason to doubt. Don't worry about the time stamps either. If you can just include dates and names on the back of them, that would be fine. Your overall package looks good to go though.
