Hi, I have couple of questions.

1. I need to apply for my parent so do I need to file 2 - I130? one for my mother and another for my Father?

2. I have 2 sisters(unmarried) and one is 16 year old and other one is 21 year old so can they come with my parent? or I need separate file for sisters?

3. If they can come with my parent then do I need to file any special forms for them or they are covered because I have their name in my parent's I-130 as their dependent?

Thanks,

Asha

I am assuming you are a US citizen.

1. You need separate forms for your mother and your father. It should take 7-9 Months to get them the visa if everything goes well.

2. It's quicker for your sisters if you let your mother or father apply for them when they get here. If you apply, it will take 10+ years for your sisters. If they apply it will likely take +-8 years for the 21 year old and 2-3 years for the 16 year old.

3. They won't be able to come with your parents and they'll need to stay single. (assuming they are now)

Good Luck
