Do i need any thing else for I864

To make sure everything perfect want to ask you few questions, For I864 collected following things,

from wife(she does not meet support requirement),

a)last 3 years tax return transcript, 2011 w2 (she did not earn anything in 2010,2009)

b) Employment letter from current seasonal job but it does not mention the pay rate.

c) 2 pay slip ,which mention hour and total amount paid and tax deducted

d)last 3 months bank statements

from father in law(joint sponsor),

a)last 3 years tax return transcript and w2

b) Employment letter from HR but it state its a copy, a letter signed by his supervisor (original) that he is working with him.

c) pay slip since december 2011 ,

d)last 3 months bank statement.

also I did not add my salary on I864 of wife as I am on OPT ,added only my saving. So also sending my w2,employment letter copy,last 3 years tax return transcript

am i having enough to prove the support or missing something?

If your wife does not qualify, there is no point in adding your savings or any information about you. That is a waste of paper. You also do not need your wife's bank statements if she does not qualify. And, a tax transcript has the w2 information in it so you do not need to add that as well. It's redundant. You need to include proof of your father in law's Citizenship or LPR status. Everything else looks fine.

thanks for reply, I have already printed those documents , so would sending them harm us ? and Yeah I have his GC, SSN and Passport copy.

sending all of them as I do not to get any RFE and delay my AP , I am travelling to India in on nov 22nd and unfortunately it cant be deferred.

what are the other most common reason of getting RFE?

Sending too much information will not result in an RFE, but it will make adjudicating the file more confusing and time-consuming. More is not always better, especially when the "more" are things that are not required.

also for bonafied marriage, should I need to remove anything

i have these

1)lease copy

2)state id my wife and my dl

3) health insurance card

4) 13 photographs of us and she with my family when she went India to meet my parents with her parents.

5)401k beneficiary page from my online account.

6) few old mail conversation.

7)utility bill showing her and my name

8)joint bank account proof.

Also do i need to send original marriage certificate issued by probate court or only the copy of that? do I also need to send the copy of marriage certificate on which pastor and witness signed?

Either (1) a certified copy of the marriage certificate (raised seal, signature of the clerk / deputy clerk who issued it on it) or, preferably (2) a photocopy of a certified copy and you can then take either the original copy or a certified copy to the interview at which they can look at it.

It's best to never send original or certified documents to them unless they specifically ask for them.
