post-138323-0-14576700-1343831117_thumb.jpgHello Guys

First of all i really do loved this website and it helps alot and you guys are awesome to be there for people .

My name is Tareq and in 2005 i fall in love with my lovely wife on the internet , we met online on a dating website and we loved each others so she planned to come and visit me and she did , and in 2006 we got married .

so she start telling me that she need to take me with her to the united states and stuff like that , i agree with it 3 months later when she was already in the united states and yes she was pregnant that time and she asked a lawyer and she filed the paperwork for me however i start doing what they ask me for and Medical exams and Background checks and things like , we had our first little angle "Bella" 20 Jan 2007 and she came back Again to Jordan to visit me and i seen my daughter .

i had my first appointment in Aug 2007 at the american embassy in Jordan , and things went well till the consular told me that my sponsor is not making tax enough , so i had to wait till 10 June 2008 till my wife get me a new sponsor and then i mailed the new sponsorship and my passport to the embassy and in June 29 2008 i received my CR1 Visa on my passport .

I went to United states in 3th of july and yes its a National Holiday , and i loved it there and had a very nice road trips all over the united states , and in Sept 1 i Received a call from my father thats i need to come home asap .

I went to Jordan in Sept. and my returning ticket to united states was in 15 Oct , at 9am date of 15 Oct i was in my way to Jail , because my brother's company broke and alot of investments gone and everything is destroyed and they locked all relatives so they dont get hurt .

I got out of jail 20 Jan 2009 On my daughter's birthday , and i found that my wife divorced me . thats was really bad and i received these news with alot of tears tried to know why , but never did .

Since 2009 to 2011 been trying to go back to united states and trying to remove my conditonal status as a lawyer told me can do it by myself , but NOWAY coz my wife divorced me .

so we tried to work it out , and the great news Is we did work it out and we did a good job and she came to visit me in Nov 2011 and we get remarried again and embassy approved it , and she went back to USA in Dec 2011 , and she was pregnant again .

25th of July a few days ago , she put our lovely son Jordan , and he is a very cute little man .

so Now my question is

What should i do to get my green card back ? or should i apply again for I-130 or what is the right way to do now since i lost my first green card ? i didnt apply for anything now and my wife told me surely lost your first green card , and now i have 2 american kids and wife .

i'm sorry for the long story but i wanted you all to know what is the real story here and i hope you guys can give me the right way .

Yours

Tareq Abandeh

*Moved from K1 forum to Bringing Family of US Citizens forum* Definitely not a K1 topic. Could very well be a CR1 topic. Here in this forum for now.

Have your wife petition for you again with the I-130.

This. Your green card was abandoned because you were outside the US for more than a year. Your wife needs to file another I-130.

ask wife to file I-130 for you again, and file soonish.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
