Hello,

1st of all thank you to the members of this group, your posts and experiences helped us alot.

I applied for my wife in april 2009, got the priority date of 27 june 2009.

Our interview was schedule for 28th march 2012 but due to her pregnancy I asked for the change of date. I emailed ISB and they said contact us once the baby is born.

A healthy baby was born in early June 2012. I emailed ISB Embassy they gave us the date of 31st July. (To contact ISB, use the email feature on their website it's really fast)

document they asked for the baby.

DS230

Passport

Birth Certificate

Medical

2 Pictures

For Mother

Just 2011 Tax Return

I prepared everything, new ds230 for the wife as well(altought they did not ask in the email) pictures of us together, new police certificate etc.

Now the Trip

Reached shuttle service at 6 30AM . At embassy 8 AM. Finger Prints around 9 AM. documents collection around 9 30.(they asked for tax returns and baby documents that I just mention above). I paid fee for the baby $230.

around 10:30 our name was called for the interview

window 3

1st she asked me (the petitioner) to sign the i-864 again and write the name of the baby on I-864.(just to include the name of the baby on the form)

then she asked me to take the baby and take a seat.

Questions

How long have you been married.

When did he come to Pakistan last time.

What does he do?

where does he live?

where did you two meet?

have you traveled before?

Took less then 5 minutes.

That's it. Congratulation, we are giving you and baby the visa, you will receive it within 10 days .
