I can't believe it, but my wife had her biometrics taken at 12PM 7/31...we had lunch, and then headed back home (2 hrs. away). We hadn't even gotten home yet, and received texts, and emails saying EAD and AP were approved and in card production. I won't believe it until I see the card, but WOW that was unexpected. We just hope it's not some computer "glitch"...ha ha. Anyone else experience such good fortune?

Congratulations!

I haven't heard anything fast case than yours. Good for you.

I filed my AOS applications on May, did biometrics on June26, and still haven't heard anything from USCIS. No interview date and EAD card approved yet.

Thanks for the congrats everyone...we're excited about it, as we've had our "bumps in the road" as well. I'm guessing the card will have the digital photo taken at biometrics. I don't think they would laminate our physical photo sent in with the I-765, but someone else can comment. Thanks, and best wishes to you all.
