How long are we be able to go to USA?

My Mom's just got approved of her petitions. She will be going to US this year.

My Question is How long will me and by brother wait for our petition?

We are both single over 21. How long will it take before we can go to USA?

How many years before the visa can be issued to us?

Or do you mean your mother will petition for you once she gets her greencard? If so, it will take 8-10 years depending on which country you are from. You must remain single. Once your mom becomes a citizen, after 5 years of having a greencard, she can upgrade the petition which will save about a year's waiting,m unless you are from Mexico or Philippines.

yes my mother will petition me once she gets her greencard, and also I'm from Philippines. So I Guess 8-10 years is the answer.
