hi saylin!

we have paid the aos fee and IV fee and they both show Paid, but we didn't send anypacktage yet cuz we are waiting for IRS tax transcripts.

can we send them both (aos packtage and IV packtage) at one time when we get IRS tax transcripts and how can we do that?

THANK YOU!!!

Hello! There are pro/cons to sending it together as supposed to sending the packages in separate envelopes. Either way, the packages will be approved around the same time anyways regardless.

In my opinion though, I would send them separately so the NVC doesn't get confused with a lot of paper thrown at them. Sending the packages separately will be more organized.

I hope my response has helped you, and good luck!

I got a case #!!!!!!!!!! :D I should have my husband email the choice of agent template thing, right?

Yup! You are good to send your DS-3032!!

Yeah, sometimes it takes a couple of days after you receive your case number to get your IIN. And yes, she is right; you will get emailed all the details regardless!

This waiting and wondering about the ds-3032 is crazy. Nothing in my email husbands email. Today is day 13. NVC is really testing me with their 20 to 20 days for everything. ughhhh.

My AOS will probably take another month before that is approved. man.

She's a liar liar pants on fire. :bonk: You call right back and ask for your IIN (better say Invoice Identification Number to them :P ). And also give your husbands email address so you can send the DS-3032.

Yes you do get an email about a week after you get case#. But we are VJers we no wait for nothing.

Call back and ask for the Invoice Identification Number. It should be generated already. Did they ask for your husband's address too? Or did you provide it? Because NVC needs to know his address as well.

If its invoiced and paid - you can send them in whatever order you want. People send the AOS first because it is usually invoiced quicker.

I sent both in 1 envelop, it all went well. I sent on 8/22, and got case complete on 8/29. You just need to use paper clip to separate them. And include an index of exhibit of what are in the envelop. And why dont you just send Tax return 1040 and W2 instead of waiting for tax transcripts? I sent 1040 and W2 of 2011 only, plus pay stubs.
