Technically, yes, the POV of the beneficiary.

For the education, it's only high school and on, not elementary or anything. Pretty much anywhere you got a degree/diploma.

Ok but it gets tricky because that's still 9 places but some of them where just short term programs. I mean I spent a month learning German, I don't remember any German anymore, is it really necessary that I write it up?

Has anyone send their DS-3032 from the Petitioners email and had no issues? I am getting worried about ours and my husbands having issues with internet access and such and can't check his email. So what do you think about a resend from my email with him CC'd on it? No yes. more problems?

I highly recommend not to resend DS-3032. From what I remember reading on the forums, if you resend the DS-3032, it may delay your case. I would recommend to wait for a reply back (these days it takes ~10 business days) from the NVC before making haste with decisions.

I know it sucks big time to feel powerless to do anything, but in the long run, it'll be better to wait for NVC to reply.

PS. Don't wait until they contact you. Call them everyday and see what they say about the status of your DS-3032.

Good luck!

Bless your heart JunJun.(F) I swear NVC is using me as the poster child for their 10 to 20 days for every single process. Like the ladt rudely said the other day, "How could you have sent the form we didn't send it out until the 24th". Like VisaJourney Lady. But I was just smiling and said Oh I'm sorry was just anxious.

It's just this part I just hate being not in control in this and waiting. But honestly I need to stop whining. I can't even pay the IV Bill until the 7th, and my husband just gathered all the stuff and will send to me all the IV BILL stuff. Like I got nerve. hehe (but a accepted still would make me smile.):D

I am still waiting on that interview date. On Sunday it will be 2 months since our case was completed at the NVC. I emailed NVC and the embassy Friday last week. Heard back from the embassy in Stockholm, nothing yet from the NVC. Stupid embassy has "been experiencing a huge backlog, however, we will be able to cut into it within a month time. We have not yet received your file and unable to assist you before we it has been received."

God I'm so depressed right now. :(

I don't know. It's very frustrating. Here I thought the time between the Case complete and the Interview would be the shortest part of the process; turns out the only part that's been longer so far was the initial 5 months when the file sat in a drawer somewhere out in California, waiting for someone at the CSC to start working on our application. :P

I was stupid enough to think that if I was not by my wife's side in Pittsburgh, PA by now, at least I'd be done with the visa process and that all that'd I have left to do was pack up my things and sell the apartment.:jest:

Well they always give you some sort of certificate, but i'll just go with the main degrees and explain if asked for more details.

Different problem now, was checking on tracking for AOS package and apparently they can't find the address and so haven't delivered it, has anyone had that happen?

I don't think they want programs that had certificates, especially if it was just a month. They mean like 2+ year programs.
