So hour after I cried to u guys lol about the ds3032 I got an email saying thru received it yaaaay I guess that's the acceptance. Right!!

Great News We sent ours the 18th. So I figure any minute now. NVC so likes to play with me.

Does NVC ever take LONGER than 20 days?

Sometimes, but think more like 15 business days (excluding holidays)and count from there.

dwheels took 14 biz days once it was received -- I'm just being impatient. It's been so long since my husband has been here in the US and our case has finally started moving but it's just not moving quickly enough. We still have so much more to go/do

My guesstimate for you would be around the 7th or the 10th of September if they follow their 15 business day rule. Don't get discouraged! Keep your head up and keep smiling and remember...It is happening!

Okay Saylin...September is rolling in. The crew and I are waiting for the new Forum and are praying this will be our last one as a "filer". We're ready to move to adviser roles too! LOL. Just wanted to personally thank you for all your help along this journey! It's been great meeting you and other friends here. You know you're a little obsessed when you get up in the middle of the night to pay your IV bill...

The temptation to send the package in the morning hoping it will switch to paid in the 48 hours the mail takes to get there is strong...

Just called NVC and NOPE they have not reviewed my DS-3032. Sent 8/18. WOW I am sad now.

Geeez! When is it gonna say amount due or whatever on the payment website! Lol this is drivin me nutz... doesnt it usually take a couple of days? Got case number on friday... so hopefully end of week itll say something.. on to the sept. NVC- filers. Lol.

It's probably a false checklist due to your AOS package being reviewed.
