Got an Email from NVC telling me they received our DS-3032 and that they got payment for AOS bill in the same email. (Of course we already knew that last part from the payment portal and AOS package is already on its way).

However IV bill is still not invoiced. Were we wrong in assuming it gets done as soon as they get DS-3032? Does it take a few days?

Hey Danzz, when did you send in your DS-3032? Just tryimg to see if I am in line soon. I sent 8/18. So was curious.

Any DS-3032 senders 8/18 or around there got accepted yet? Have to get a hold of husband to check his blasted email. This is crazy.

do I send evidence to NVC or does this get brought to interview

Are you referring to proof of relationship evidence? You can front-load the IV package, but this is usually only done with high-fraud countries (Nigeria, China, etc). Is your country hard at interview time or is it rather easy? If it's rather easy, then you can just bring the evidence at the interview.

How long does it normally take NVC to review the AOS & IV packages?

Hi Louza,

NVC received my AOS and IV packets on 8/22. Maybe we will have case complete soon. By the way, when you sent to NVC, Attn: CMR or DR? My attorney sent to Attn: CMR, but I saw on the cover sheet, they instruct Attn: DR.

It looks like NVC stage takes a lot longer than I thought it did. I had my mind set I'd be out in 2 months max........ doesn't look that way if they're 12 days behind on DS3032 emails!!!!

USCIS - CSC/LOCAL OFFICE DC

12/5/11: NOA1

4/25/12: Case Transferred to Local Office (DC) for "Additional Processing"

4/27/12: Case Received at Local Office

5/15/12: RFE (daughter's birth cert)

5/15/12: RFE Evidence Sent (never received)

8/10/12: Infopass, evidence handed to officer adjudicating case

8/13/12: NOA2

NVC

8/20/12: Case Received

8/31/12: Case #/IIN Received

8/31/12: DS3032 Sent

I honestly don't know. What does Attn: CMR or DR imply anyway? Our packets were sent via FedEx so I assume they were received by NVC on the 24th? Hoping for a case complete soon as well :thumbs:

My wife also received a pdf about choice of agent... Is this an acceptance of the email sent?.. Doesn't seem like it is

Well, tomorrow I fly over to Sydney. By this time next week, my husband's interview will be over! So many thanks to all the good people here for the help and support--I hate to think how much longer this process would have taken if I had not found VJ.

I emailed my DS-3032 on the 24th. Good to know where they are up to with emails so thank you for posting that.

My AOS bill is still not invoiced though.. been about 3-4 business days since I got my case number :o

AOS packet and IV packet in the mail and being sent overnight to NVC. Post office said guaranteed to be there by noon tomorrow. So, when should I start calling to see if they've received and reviewed my paperwork?? So excited that this has gone by so quickly. Hoping for an October interview for my hubby in London :)
