NVC "guarantees" - 3 weeks

Personally, it took my AOS packet a little over a week to get completed.

Hope this helps!

How long does it normally take NVC to review the AOS & IV packages?

It's currently taking about a week to review packages once it's arrived at NVC :)

Just over 10 business days - If they are on the same track you should have yours at the end of the week :) - definitely call every day from now on.

Yes I remember you were on day 7 or 8 when my case hit NVC. I've said it before but I'll say it again -- glad to see things are moving for you!

Sidenote: I am SO thankful my case arrived at NVC one week after it was approved out of my local office. I know at least 3 other people whose I-130s are stuck at their local offices, even though they were approved 30+ days ago.

Curses! Foiled Again !! I so Hate the Payment Portal, it's exceptionally frickin unstable.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Got an Email from NVC telling me they received our DS-3032 and that they got payment for AOS bill in the same email. (Of course we already knew that last part from the payment portal and AOS package is already on its way).

However IV bill is still not invoiced. Were we wrong in assuming it gets done as soon as they get DS-3032? Does it take a few days?

Yes, it still takes a few days. They need to add the DS-3032 to the case file (if they haven't already), then they need to process your case to be invoiced.

It should show up by the end of the week yes.gif Keep an eye on the payment portal ;)
