Amen for real's thats why by next friday we are ready . I know it. Just like God held up me filing until job and everything was in the works. The day I got the job was my NOA2 day. So husband will be running all over Lagos starting tuesday (his uncle praise God is flying in from oil rig) and paying for everything even his medical. Thank you Jesus. Said its our belated wedding gift.

And frankly I think God is telling me "girl you just started work and have ONE paystub. I am trying to work this thang out. So flow with me". hehe Okay breathe breathe. I think I need to call again. LOL....sorry NVC is my drug of choice right now. :wow:

Now to all this false checklist and all this nonsense. Do fix all that you or Saylin. I can't emotionally handle an RFE, checklist or things just not working now.:no:

2010 I moved to Mexico and got married

2012 I moved back to U.S. by myself to work and send i-130 petition for him.

June 25th, 2012 - our 2-year wedding anniversary!

USCIS - I-130

24 FEB 2012 - NOA1

11 JUN 2012 - NOA2

NVC - MEP

2 JUL 2012 - Case Received at NVC

19 JUL 2012 - Case number, IIN and Beneficiary ID received, gave e-mail addresses!

23 JUL 2012 - Was able to log in and fill out the DS-261 and I made myself the agent! I also stated that I was assisting the beneficiary ( since I signed in as him )

24 JUL 2012 AOS fee available and paid through the payment portal - direct deposit

25 JUL 2012 AOS fee shown as paid!! I-864 package e-mailed to NVCelectronic@state.gov

01 AUG 2012 IV Bill Invoiced and paid

02 AUG 2012 IV Bill shown as paid and DS-260 completed and documents sent!

08 AUG 2012 RFE! :crying: sent passport photos wrong, so re-sent!

15 AUG 2012 case COMPLETE!!! Yay!!

13 SEP 2012 Received Interview Date! OCT. 5th!

20 SEP 2012 Scheduled ASC appointment by calling 7034392313. Two days earlier I logged into the website but it said there were no appointments available. But when I called, they scheduled an appointment for me. :)

Who you tellin. Waiting on hold for 20 to 30 minutes to get attitude. Like excuse me who's the one waiting to get their love one here. I don't have like you. I have to know. Once they say received and than case# is i am cool cuz the website will do the rest. I hate this not knowing drives me nuts. USCIS lucky I never called them.

are you sure your case was received on July 31st?

because there are now two dates the NVC gives you. the second one is the received date.

Who knows when i get case# I will ask. I am just happy after 33 dats to hear Case Received cuz no one knew where it was. Happy. USCIS showed it transferred to NVC July 10th. like WOW
