The address is on the barcoded sheet you will print out from the payment portal after you have paid the fee and its showing paid

I had the same problem but then I switched to another browser and it worked.

Yes, I have a mac computer and I have firefox on it. It did not work. I know somethings don't work on mac so I tried my windows computer, and same things as I use firefox on it as well. I thought I give IE a try and it worked and went well. Mailed out AOS packet just today.

I could have tried safari. But I don't like safari. I am used to firefox.

The NVC Payment portal is 'optimized' for a Winders PC running IE8 or better.

It's a hassle, an inconvenience, for those without,

but it's SO WORTH getting into a computer lab that has it, and getting it done. Bring a USB drive, to store the pdfs .

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Ah, Ok. LingChe guide says that sending DS3032 before it's generated is useless though.

Attempts to mail or email DS-3032 before it's been generated are useless. It's like trying to pay a water bill for a house that hasn't been built yet.

As soon as I had case number and IIN, I sent it, it was done. Send it. Never hurts and could speed things up. If they need it again, they will let you know. See the my long letter from NVC in the JULY NVC forum thread.

Yep sent and have told husband about end of week watch his inbox like a hawk for acceptance or whatever. I hate i don;t get an email also. Isn't that the whole point of the DS-3032.

Also addresses the posters quote from LingChe's a lot has changed at NVC since that shortcut was written. Since it takes a good 1 to 2 weeks before they even review or look at your email you already have it there and you are in their system. Its al about timing.

Very true. They had already accepted my AOS when they sent me an email about not receiving my DS-3032. As soon as I sent it in again, they fowarded my IV bill the next day and had it processed for case complete just a few days after that.

It is all about timing. Same for this blasted interview date! :clock: ...which is the worst wait of all!:unsure::blink::wacko:
