Wooohoooo!!! Got my AOS bill from NVC and got it paid... Now time to double check my I-864 packet. Do they send you an I-864 form with barcode or can I use the one linked on this site? I already have one completed, just want to be sure I'm not jumping the gun.

Hello, I have not yet read any thing about AOS, IV packets. My wife sent the police report from oversea yesterday. I requested IRS tax transcripts on 8/15 (5-10 business days). I hope everything works out fine so my wife can come before holoween day. BTW, I have my case assigned on 8/14/2012, I am still waiting for AOS bills. I emailed DS3032 but got an auto-reply. What is next ?

Waiting. You are waiting for them to invoice the AOS they say a couple of days. Just check daily. Than the DS-3032 about maybe a week or more will be reviewed and accepted hopefully than they will invoice your IV Bill. So hoepfully 3 to 4 weeks we are done. maybe.

Thanks, I made my own template mostly based on yours.

Now I just have to wait for them to generate the DS-3032 since they haven't yet, even though they gave me an NVC case number and IIN number, and I'll be able to send my email.

You donot have to wait for their instruction package. as soon as you have your IIN, send the DS 3032 email.

it will still take them a few business (6-10 from recent experiences) days to review. Just in case they reject it, you can resend then. Not a lot of recent rejections though.

Ah, Ok. LingChe guide says that sending DS3032 before it's generated is useless though.

Attempts to mail or email DS-3032 before it's been generated are useless. It's like trying to pay a water bill for a house that hasn't been built yet.

Ok, just thought of another question. For the I-864 packet can this be scanned or emailed or does it have to be sent by hard copy?

For the petitioner I-864, if the USC is currently residing abroad with the beneficiary, should the USC put US or Australia for their "Country of Domicile"?

It has to be sent in hard copy....... unless you are from a country that qualifies for electronic processing

Okay now they need to have my AOS ready to invoice monday. Why give us a case# if u not ready. Heavens sake.

But thrilled. Seem there's a logjam for waiting for interviews so now I am going to catch up. So want to be done by end of month that 14 days wooo weeee

I received the AOS bill in the email just a couple of hours ago. However in the payment site I select the bill and click "pay selected fees" and it dose nothing but change the total from $88 to $0 and that is it. Is anyone of you having the same trouble?

I had the same problem but then I switched to another browser and it worked.

Must send a hard copy, Electronic Processing is not available for Gambia.
