NVC Filers - August 2012

Okay how long now do I have to wait for AOS to get invoiced. I know I just got case# yesterday. Husband is sendign DS-3032 sometime today (I pray). So what's up?

Since we have our NVC case number now & have mailed the DS-3032 should I have my husband go ahead and get his police certificate? He said it will only take him a couple of days to get in, we have just been waiting as we didn't want it to expire before we need it.

I know how you feel my husband and I were waiting to get his also. so now we can go get it. So glad. 3 months is too soon to expire so not fair. ;-)

Well really dont know the time frame...... we have so many cases here with different timelines...... I got the invoice in three days after NVC had my case..... some get their's in 5days some in one week....... but i know yours wont take that long

Just got off the phone with NVC we have a case number and an IIN, I guess it's time to get to work!

Just so I'm clear, If i'm using one of the email templates I don't need a barcode or the actual form right?

Praise God OMG got case# and IIN#. From the nicest operator EVER. Told her she is the best and I was tellin everybody. OMG I can't believe iut ya'll I am crying at my desk. :dance:

I hope she can be here before Halloween. Her six year old son has to go trick or treating.

Hello, I have not yet read any thing about AOS, IV packets. My wife sent the police report from oversea yesterday. I requested IRS tax transcripts on 8/15 (5-10 business days). I hope everything works out fine so my wife can come before holoween day. BTW, I have my case assigned on 8/14/2012, I am still waiting for AOS bills. I emailed DS3032 but got an auto-reply. What is next ?

Once NVC invoice the AOS bill, go to the payment portal and pay once it shows paid which takes a day or two to show paid. print out the barcoded sheet and send it with your AOS package

When the DS-3032 is accepted, the IV bill will be invoiced.........

I'd probably to with 9 parts dark beer and 1 part ginger ale! Just playin'....It gets tense around this forum sometimes. Just need a laugh sometimes.

I am so excited I know this a long crazy process but every step that gets completed is so exciting and brings such hope that we will be done sooner. I just paid my AOS fees and will submit my documentation tomorrow... I cant wait to be done and him to be here with me...

right, you don't need the barcode, just your NVC Case Number.

not the actual form, but I made up an email template that is just like the actual form.

and to be on the safe side, like in the templates.

your USCIS Receipt Number.

Thanks, I made my own template mostly based on yours.

Now I just have to wait for them to generate the DS-3032 since they haven't yet, even though they gave me an NVC case number and IIN number, and I'll be able to send my email.

once you send the email, it will take a little less than 2 weeks to hear back from them.

I received the AOS bill in the email just a couple of hours ago. However in the payment site I select the bill and click "pay selected fees" and it dose nothing but change the total from $88 to $0 and that is it. Is anyone of you having the same trouble?
