THIS DS-3032 EMAIL TEMPLATE WORKED GREAT! WE JUST GOT THE IT APPROVED TODAY!

PS. IT IS MUCH CLOSER TO THE OFFICIAL DS-3032 FORM THAN THE LingChe EMAIL TEMPLATE.

PLUS 40 points if you update the DS-3032 Email Template wiki page.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I need a little help. I am bringing my wife and her son. When I send the AOS ans IV packages do I need to send them separate and with all paper work?

need two sets, one set for each human, of each packet.

so that's 2 DS-230's in one packet.

and 2 I-864s in one packet.

You can send all packets together.

Good Luck !

Just got my AOS Invoice via email today. I paid the $88 (In process) and sent out the OPTIN email to NVCElectronic@state.gov with DS-3032 attached.

woo hoo ! congratulations ... RockNRolla !

The DS-3032 was a generic one, not the one they send to you with the barcode and name. I'm wondering if I should send a copy to NVCinquiry@state.gov too. Fting waited 15 days to resend his to NVCinquiry instead of NVCElectronic.

nope - yer good.

in 9 days though, if no IV FEE BILL YET, call in, get a supervisor,

and ask the supervisor to ask the 'team' to find your email, detach the DS-3032 from the email, and add it to the casefile.

Praise God OMG got case# and IIN#. From the nicest operator EVER. Told her she is the best and I was tellin everybody. OMG I can't believe iut ya'll I am crying at my desk.

Okay now what? hehe

get yer eyes back in the ling che shortcut, woman !

really? what does 40 points do for you?

by the way, I just paid my IV bill

We will have to wait for September 14th to send in the IV packet because the police certificate we have just expired. Denise is traveling to her home country in September. So there will be around a 2 week delay because of the police certificate.

If I just paid the IV bill online, how soon we will be able to send in the IV packet?

I JUST WISH WE HAD THE NEW POLICE CERTIFICATE RIGHT NOW! :(

For China, the actual form is scanned and emailed.

that's cool, so they will take an email attachment.

my DS-3032 template is very close to the actual form, this is why I like it better than the LingChe template.

I have a Q:

My case was expedited And NVC told us that it was send to US embassy Aug9, If i have some concerns i will contact the US embassy instead.

Now I registered our case (CR1 category) online in our US embassy website, after that there is an option : schedule an interview?

So i click that option and gave me series of dates on when to schedule an interview-- i choose Sep 12 & they gave me a confirmation appointment.

I am not sure if i am doing the right thing. So I called the US embassy hotline & talk to an agent.

I ask them if my case Was already there or arrived in the US embassy,

But they cant confirm to me that my case is alteady there. So they ask me some Q regarding my case & passport. And told me that my interview is on Sep 12.

I told them that i was the one who pick the interview date from their website options not the NVC bec my case was expedited. The agent told me-""- its okay because by the time of your interview your case will arrive, it will take with in a month for a case to arrive in US Embassy from NVC""

In addition the Agent advice me to take the physical exam 1-2weeks before the interview date.

So i guess that was it,, sep 12 it is.

Does anyone here experience the same way i have??

Did I make the right thing???

Or ill wait until my case will arrive at the embassy & their instructions???

PLEASE HELP ME. I'm still In doubt,

Im scared if by the Time ill go to US Embassy my case is still not there. :(

You know gviven the new delays and timelines there should be a new entry on the timelines as to case# assigned. Cuz arriving at NVC, being recieved at NVC and getting a case# are worlds apart.

Case# assigned 48 days from NOA2, Case received at NVC 31 Days from NOA2, Case# assigned 17 days after received at NVC. They are holding true to that 10 to 20 business day mess for real.

Since we have our NVC case number now & have mailed the DS-3032 should I have my husband go ahead and get his police certificate? He said it will only take him a couple of days to get in, we have just been waiting as we didn't want it to expire before we need it.
