calling NVC twice a day an still no case number.... received it at july 30... what should i do to get my case number... talk to a supervisor?

I feel your pain see my timeline. I am in tears feel now NVC has lost me in a mailroom thats what one operator said. We have stacks in the mailroom I am sure yours is in there. It's been 48 days since NOA2 and this is business day 11 since I was received at NVC and day 16 and still nothing. This is just so no bueno.:crying: :crying:

I need a little help. I am bringing my wife and her son. When I send the AOS ans IV packages do I need to send them separate and with all paper work?

PhilC not sure of answer don't want to lead you astray. I would open up a new thread I am sure there are many others in this boat. I think they stay all together. But like I SAID let the experts answer open a new topic.

I see we still waiting I think our cases are stuck together. So frustrating.

Day 16 since NVC received actually isn't that despairing, Deb, don't give up!...It took 17 days after my case was at the NVC for me to get a case number.

2009 Met in Mexico and got engaged

2010 I moved to Mexico and got married

2012 I moved back to U.S. by myself to work and send i-130 petition for him.

June 25th, 2012 - our 2-year wedding anniversary!

USCIS - I-130

24 FEB 2012 - NOA1

11 JUN 2012 - NOA2

NVC - MEP

2 JUL 2012 - Case Received at NVC

19 JUL 2012 - Case number, IIN and Beneficiary ID received, gave e-mail addresses!

23 JUL 2012 - Was able to log in and fill out the DS-261 and I made myself the agent! I also stated that I was assisting the beneficiary ( since I signed in as him )

24 JUL 2012 AOS fee available and paid through the payment portal - direct deposit

25 JUL 2012 AOS fee shown as paid!! I-864 package e-mailed to NVCelectronic@state.gov

01 AUG 2012 IV Bill Invoiced and paid

02 AUG 2012 IV Bill shown as paid and DS-260 completed and documents sent!

08 AUG 2012 RFE! :crying: sent passport photos wrong, so re-sent!

15 AUG 2012 case COMPLETE!!! Yay!!

13 SEP 2012 Received Interview Date! OCT. 5th!

20 SEP 2012 Scheduled ASC appointment by calling 7034392313. Two days earlier I logged into the website but it said there were no appointments available. But when I called, they scheduled an appointment for me. :)

Call call cuz I had already called twice and was so done. And God said call so I did about 3:39pm. So happy and I was able to get husband he is beside himself too. So I am praying to be done and complete by end of month on a mission timeline now.

Hmm... I wonder when I should start calling. I was only approved on Monday (8/13)

I feel so stupid asking these questions b/c my i-130 was marinating for over 8 months so I SHOULD have had time to read up on this. But I'm so excited to be asking these questions too!!!! :D

Start Calling on or around 11 September, 2012.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
