I concur. I, and many others, have used the template from the first post without any problems. No use reinventing the wheel.

Actually the wheel have been improved for over thousands of years.

Just like I have improved the LangChe template.

I did not reinvent anything.

Hey did you know its not really called a NOA1 or NOA2. You going to change that also! Come on man, people here have been using the template just fine. It's called FOLLOWING instructions.

But I can see from all your posts one after another after another you want to be right. So there you go.

Like others have said, just use the template linked in the first post. As long as you have all the important information, it'll be accepted. I'm not sure why you're making such a big deal out of the USCIS/NOA receipt number. Just include that along with the NVC case number. Everyone here has followed the template and gotten their DS-3032 email accepted.

Saylin, I could NOT find a CIS case number, so this is why I made a big deal about it. And as you know, the reason why I could not find my CIS case number, is because there is no such thing!

just like a typo, I corrected it. If I have the option of using a more accurate template, why not use it?

thanks for you help though.

First off, the NVC only needs the NVC Case Number, so if you give them the case number, the USCIS Receipt Number is optional.

You are right, I should of said: USCIS Receipt Number, but saying it's a Notice of Action Receipt Number is more accurate than saying it's some kind of case number, that's for sure! And on the I-797 Notice of Action form I got in the mail from USCIS, it just says "receipt number". Because it's a Notice of Action form and the receipt number is on this form, is still more accurate than the LangChe Template. Also, instead of saying husband or wife, I put the full name instead, Just like they do in the officeal DS-3032 PDF form.

PS. I followed the instructions from the DS-3032 PDF form and also used part the LangChe template to come up with the email template.

A medical so soon? I thought it had to be done just before the interview?

I made the decision to do it ASAP based on the Australian US Embassy information:

Medical reports are valid for six or twelve months from the date of examination, depending on the examination results. Your medical report must be valid at the time of your entry into the United States. If the report is valid less than six months, your visa will be limited to match the validity of your medical report.

i have a Q: is

there anyone here who tried expediting your case?

How much is the fee?

Is it true that if ever I am under the expidite process--i will be the one who will call the embassy/consulate for an interview??

& if ever I will cancel an expedite request, how will I cancel an expedite request???
