That's OK, like I said I feel foolish now. The thing is, I downloaded the I-129F instructions, and also the Fiance help pdf. None of them say I need to submit evidence of anything with the I-129F form. I knew more would be required eventually, after the I-129F is approved and when going for the interview, but I did not know I needed to submit a whole packet with the initial form. I was just in the Philippines in May, and also last year, so I have met her 2 times in the last 2 years. I can easily prove everything. I mostly used Xoom to send her money, but they for some reason closed my account, so for a while I used Western Union, but I was eventually able to create a new account with Xoom and have mostly been using them for the last year.

We have the same problem Mike. My fiance filled the form and mailed it with the pay on Nov,2012 and he said he got the receipt last Jan 2013,we didnt attache any files or documents from us. Now,i am reading to ur prob,it seems like it we have the same problem :(..

Sorry to hear about your problem. I have read about a few people that have done this since I have. I am not sure what you can do since its been a few months. Should you wait till you receive an RFE or Denial, or should you save a couple months and just start over and resubmit everything now? It took 5 months for me to get the denial notice, which was the worst part about the whole thing, wasting 5 months. I just started over from scratch after reading and rereading the guides on this site and asking some questions in the forums. I spent a couple weeks assembling everything and double and triple checking it all before I finally mailed it in. I mailed my packet back in November and included everything, and probably more than I needed. I even arranged the packet with tabs and hole punches to easily be put in the type of binder USCIS uses. At least I was a lot more confident this time around. I guess in the long run this will just be a minor delay and it will all be worth it.

I'm sorry to hear that. I would not worry too much. Like everyone said here just wait to see the letter and their explanation. In my opinion, it's nothing big as you can refill with all the required documents.
