Hello,

I have applied for green card through my employer EB2 category.

I-131 was approved and I-765 (EAD) was sent to production.

Now I am waiting for I-140 and I-485 to be processed and approved, hopefully.

My question is what are the chances that I-130 and I-485 are going to be deny?

Thanks, Tom

I-130 is not for EB2. That is a family petition. I-131 and I-765 are routinely approved, and have zero bearing on the validity of the rest of the application. It can still be denied.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Am I correct thinking that I-140 would be process before I-485?

If I-140 and I-485 would be deny what is going to happen with work authorization and travel documents? Are they automatically canceled or valid until the date on them?
