Your mother just needs to apply for a tourist visa on her own. You do not need to do anything.

AOS for my husband

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package

I just had a baby myself and I had my mom here with me.

In my case I had a lawyer taking care of the paperwork but seriously the lawyer didn't do much. you basically just have to collect every paper you have that proves your mom is planing to go back home. if you have young brother or sister she should show their school paper or so.. if she has a property or a job in Morocco that also can help.

you will have to send her an affidavi of support (In my case my husband signed that paper as I am not myself citizen but I am green card holder)

a bank statement of either your bank account or your mother s one showing she will be taking care of while being here.

a letter from your doctor saying you are pregnant and giving your due date.

Basically they just want to make sure that she will be back and she will have a place to and money while being here.

when you have all the paper work done, you will have to send it to her. she will need to go online and fill the form print it and ask for an appointment.

If all goes well she can get an appointment withing two weeks.

wish you a lots of luck for the Visa and most importantly tones of luck for the pregnancy :)
