IRS Transcripts

1. I got two different type of transcripts from IRS. Which one should I include with I-864? One says Account transcript (form 1040EZ) and other says Tax Return Transcript.

2. I do not have the tax return from last year. Are tax transcripts sufficient? This may be a stupid question but I do not want a rfe at this point.

you can order the transcripts at the IRS web site and send those ... I did that

yes, transcripts are sufficient it have all the information there ... including w2, and other stuff

NVC PREFERS Tax Transcripts than Tax return. So, don't worry to get RFE on this issue
