Ok...

This is what u need to do while being a permanent resident and you change of adress.

Permanent Resident send this online:

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa.Terms

And... the american citizen(wife or husband) who signed the affidavit support (I 864) has to send FORM I 865 a form via mail notifying the change of adress too. DON'T FORGET THIS PART OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES WHEN YOU DO YOUR ROC PROCESS.

The sponsor only fills out the I-865 if the sponsor moves. It's a form to advise USCIS that a sponsor has changed their address.

They have to keep their address up to date with USCIS as part of the contract they've signed. If they did not and have not moved since signing the affidavit of support, then they don't need to do anything.
