October 2012 Visa Bulletin Prediction

i received invoice letter of AOS and IV processing fee. my pd is 28 of April 2011. I've heard that applicants get this when they are going to be invited to interview in 6-7 months. so i can predict 2 months of movement in every month for the next 5 months.

guys i do not like to make you worried but i am asking this because of my anxiety. i know some embassies have not send interview letters to applicants who their PD is current now. it means these embassies are getting behind of visa bulletin. does it mean retrogression would be possible?

Mohammada.. U said going to invited to interview for 6-7months??I don't think so... Because ours is case completed on dec28,2011. And our pd is oct 1,2010.. Until now 8mos. waiting for visa available to be current....

Do date of complete of process also effect on i/l?

I mean my pd is 10 augst 2010 and i dont rember my date on which case i completed..

So my pd is going to be current. N they will also send me i/l. What is the relation of date of completed case with i/l? Do they send i/l acording to when case is completed?

I think i/l send on the basis of pd. there is nothing with the date on which case is completed. Wht do u think?

My pd is August,2010

You are right but i think your case was started before retogression and this duration is because of that

I have a question about DS 3032.

My PD is May 2nd 2011 but the DS 3032 reads "Expiration date:12/31/2006" isn't that kind of weird?

I will be sending NVC an email regarding that but I thought in the mean time I would ask VJers as well.

Has anyone here had an Expiration date on their DS 3032 wayyyyy ahead of their PD like mine?

You are likely to be current anytime between Sep - Dec 2013 only. there is no way that you will be current in next 5 months.

OK time between ds3032 to become pd current is approximately is 9 to 10 month not 6 to 7 but now because of very very unpredictable pace of nvc we cant guess any thing it can be longer not shorter. case complete and waiting time is different story its only happened due to retrogression. My prediction for this whole fiscal year is 5 to 6 week per visa bulletin.

MY PD 10TH MAY 2010

You mean less than one month per each visa bulletin! I'm 11 month behinde of current date!

It should be more than one month per each vb....with the slow pace that i-130s are reviewed these days, NVC and Embassies are trying to catch up. Plus it is a new fiscal year and NVC is doing a good job cleaning up 2010 pds. Slow, but steady. You are very right to be possitive :) while 6-7 months from ds3032 seems a little too optimistic, i think it is very realistic to expect a good movement of VB. Do not let negative thoughts get to you  while i understand that people are trying not to get other people's hopes too high, we should all remember that negativity does not get us anywhere either. As "positivists" here do not know how fast VB will move, the rest equally not know that it will be slower :) closer we get to the end, harder the wait gets  My prediction is August 2010, though i trully hope all of us will be reunited sooner. I got my DS 3032 in march, my case has been complete since May, and if the current pace stays, i should be current within next 4 months, which should be exactly 10 months since my ds3032. So there is light in the end of the tunnel
