FB-2A usage is slower than it should be so the priority dates are expected to move forward at the same pace as FY2012. Usually cut off dates are 8/10/15/22.

Do you guys think that i have to wait a month for one day bc its 23 instead of 22.

Please shed some light on it.

I think you have to wait for the next bulletin if the cut of date is 22nd. My PD is 15, if the cut off date is 15 do I get interview or they issue Interview Letters upto 14th ?? I thought of asking this question before,

Mxjoh29 : As you said your PD is 15th, if the VB come up to 15th then you will definitely get the Interview letter that's for sure.

waheguru : In your case as you said your PD is 23rd instead 22nd, then i will pray that Visa bulletin will come up to 1st of next month rather then stick with 22nd other wise you have to wait for 1 month ( this is what happen to our friend Qasir last month). ( Bulletin usually comes as 01 - 08 - 15 - 22)

Finally no Interview Letters not even for any category cant believe this, even Mumbai consulate haven't upload the interview appointment list either. Guys what is happening? I hope there isn't any retrog, i dont think they can retro for the first month of FY year because they have new visas. Please guys any news any article any quotes???

Yes, I'm nervous as well, i thought i would have an interview by now, PD 05/13/2010, but nothing is happening. For Christ Sake, Visa Bulletin should be out on Monday, and today is already Friday! It's too hard to believe that interviews will be send out today, and they closed on the weekends. So what now, retrogression or interviews after the Visa Bulletin? i'm so scared and just wanna cry..God help us and give us the good news!

If your priority date falls on the same day as a visa bulletin cut-off day, you do not qualify to file in that month, since your priority date needs to be EARLIER than the cut-off date.

If cut off date is 15 and your pd is 15 you can not be schedule an interview only the person who has 14 can get it. no point to retrogression this time its out of rules i am sure. None of any other category has gotten IL message is very clear and loudly that nvc will definitely starting sending out IL after publishing visa bulletin that seen to be publish monday or tue next week so please guys calm down relax and let relax to the other too and wait for next week which surely going to bring some very good news to all of those including me they have their pds jun 15 to jun 21 2010. Comments about AILA I Already predicted that 2013 fiscal year will move same pace as it moved 2012 like 4 to 6 six week per visa bulletin if you do not believe you can check my previous all post from page 10 to till this my pd is 10 may 2010 and i did not get any thing yet but i am quite calm and relax because i am sure that i am going to get it next week inshallah
