I read it in other forum that in one page in facebook immigration :

According to the State Department, it is likely that the family 2A category (spouses and minor children of residents) advance "in a meaningful way" (very fast) in the spring of 2013. It is also anticipated that further progress last year pace (fast). Apparently the pardons are delaying many of these cases and therefore there will be many more visas available for those who do not need forgiveness. We'll see ... http://www.facebook.com/pinedalawfirm

Some are saying due to election it will move faster and some are saying it will move slower. But the fact is that there is nothing to do with the election.

It's the beginning of the new fiscal year and its a good thing that they are going to send the interview letters after publishing the Visa bulletin. Every time when they publish visa bulletin without sending letters there is a good big movement. Yes.. same thing will happen this time too....10th or 11th of this month we will all be happy more than we are expecting now.

this is only an estimate that makes a lawyer, of course we can not be 100% sure, I just need to put faith and patience for the FY2013 is a bit more agile than the 2012! good luck people
