I think you are quite confused. When the monthly cut-off date is earlier than your priority date then NVC emails you about your interview. Only persons with a priority date earlier than a cut-off date are entitled to allotment of a visa number. The cut-off date for the month of September 2012 is 8th May 2010, that is why they have interviews in September 2012. The cut-off date of August 2012 was 15 March 2010 in which their priority date was before the cut-off date.

Yes ofcourse! =D For instance if the next VB turns out to be 8th August 2010, I will also get the interview email . But I think VB will go somewhere between 15 June 2010- 15 July 2010.

PD can only reach to 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of every month. So for you we should pray it should reach 15 August 2010. LOL!

Although i am in very good position because of first in the line but position will be held until i did not get IL its quite possible i would have some good to be share with you tomorrow but only thing is that nvc has its way like spy agency its totally unpredictable office so i will only feel relief when i will get IL MAY BE tomorrow or any other day in this upcoming week my prediction for October is 15 to 22 jun 2010 not only for the october even the whole fiscal year movement would be 4 to six week. most among us are knew last fiscal year no big jump no surprise movement was just study 4 to 6 week in almost whole year except one or two visa bulletin so please guys with due apology don't be excited don't expect the big jump other wise you can be hurt.

yes u r required to take PPC from there as u have lived there for more than six months... all the places where u have spent for more than 6 months , u will require pcc.
