Hello fellow VJayers. My situation is the following: Sent AOS application in Nov 2011, got transferred to CSC, sent back for RFE, and now is transferred to NBC, Missouri. I am anticipating, based on what people are saying on this site, that we are about to be called for an interview. My questions are as follows:

1.) We already sent in all the biometrics infor with I-693, do we need to get a copy of this again and bring it to the interview?

2.) What vaccinations are required and do they need to be done here in the U.S. or is it ok if they were done in the home country?

3.) What evidence, documentation do we need?

4.) What questions should we be prepared to answer?

Thanks to all!

There is nothing to prepare, except documents. You will get a letter with the required documentation, which is mostly what you already sent. The interviewer will have everything you sent already.

Some confusion here: biometrics are not a medical exam. Biometrics is fingerprints, and a medical is something else. If you had your vaccinations transcribed to a I-693 and it was complete (it has to be complete if the Civil Surgeon signed off on it), there is nothing else to do.

There is no need to prepare for questions. They will just ask you questions about your normal life.

That's right. You will get a letter with a checklist of things to bring for the interview. Most people find their interviews to be perfunctory and even pleasant.

You should not be panic for the interview but try to be on same page with each other for the straight forward questions like:

- How, when, where met

- each others DOBs, parents, jobs, address etc

and i am sure you'll come back like
