Can anyone make a rule? Can I make one?

Do they wear badges so I can tell who they?

Something cool to add: I lost a couple lbs last month. :D But I don't avoid certain foods (except maybe soda), I just have less of the bad things and more of the good things, without neglecting things like a little chocolate here and there. :thumbs::dance:

ah yes, the little woman. :devil:

speaking of which, me wife makes choclates. :devil: truffles, creme filled, dark and milk chocolates. :devil:

she makes them for gifts and sells some. some are always sitting around. :devil:

Something I just read in a magazine the other day - buying frozen veggies is sometimes better nutrionally than fresh because fresh ain't all that fresh. I rarely bought frozen veggies before assuming they aren't as good as fresh. :yes:
