Hello everyone!.i just want to update you guys specially those who are in process of AOS

(Adjustment of Status).we send our application for AOS last July 18,through USPS.

July 26 we received email and txt Acceptance Confirmation,and they cash out our checks.

yesterday came on mail the Biometrics Appointment schedule on August 20 in Detroit.

I'm praying that everything goes smooth in this AOS process.Good luck to all of us guys!!!..

June 04 Detroit(POE)

June 15 Wedding "Blessed Day!" thank God!

July 13'12 Appointment Civil Surgeon

Adjustment Of Status

July 18'12 Send my application for AOS

July 20'12 USPS delivered my docs. to USCIS Chicago,IL

July 23'12 USCIS received Application(Priority date)

July 26'12 Check cash out/got txt@email,received my application

July 30'12 received mail NOA1(AOS/EAD/AP)

Aug.22'12 Biometrics done(Detroit,MI)

Sept.19 USCIS mailed a noticed they approved my Travel Docs.

Sept.20 EAD card on production(approved in 60 days!)

Sept.25 USPS pick up mail from USCIS(EAD card on the way!)

Sept.27 EAD card received.

Sept 28 went to SSOffice for name change on SSN card.

Oct 05'12 Got my new SSN card.

April 16'13 USCIS emailed Case Status:Card/Document Production.

April 20'13 Recieved mail from USCIS welcome notice.

April 22'13 USCIS email that USPS picked up mail containing my GC.

April 25'13 Green Card on hand,finally!...

nice to know they do things that fast in detroit since i will have to go thru detroit as well

I was looking at your timeline this morning your currently on the process of K1 visa

and waiting for the NOA2...

I thought your are also in the process of Adjustment of Status here in US.

Your timeline can be updated clicking your username in upper right corner, then click "my timeline(add/edit" and then click the green "edit/add my entry". That way it shows in the statistics on Visa Jorney.

If you're adjusting from K1 status, you can't know quite yet whether your AOS goes to a local office with an interview, or if it goes to CSC without an interview.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

I don't need to update at the moment, will do after my k-1 petition get approve... But thanks, I know how to update.

Thank you!!! Hopefully this week so I can get this interview over with.... I'm so frustrated and overwhelm over this process, can wait till is over even dou I know this is the beginning but it be easier while he is here

It won't be long,this must be your 4th month of waiting.. Our's approved after 4 months...time flies,have faith and keep on praying.God bless us in our journey!!!
