Has anyone experience taking their medical exam at St. Lukes medical center?

Appointment needed? walk-ins welcome?

Document(s) your beneficiary has brought?

by the way, my wife could not locate her past vaccinations from before, does that mean she may need to take all vaccinations again?

Any other info is appreciated, thank you

ask if they can draw a blood titer to detect immunity if she absolutely doesn't have records of her vaccinations

St. Lukes does not make appointments. Medical exams are on a walk-in basis only. However, your wife should pre-register for her medical on St. Lukes website.. It will save time when she goes in for her medical.

Most of the needed documents are listed on St. Lukes website.

Your wife does not need to bring her vaccination history. St. Lukes will give her the age-appropriate vaccinations. She will likely get MMR, TDap, Varicella (if they can't find any chicken pox scars), and the flu shot (during flu season).

Hi!

Went to SLEC to have my advance medical with the following:

a copy of NOA2 (approval notice)

valid passport and its photocopy

3pcs 2x2 pic

payment 9k plus, (can't remember the exact amount just bring 10k)

black pen

Advice your wife to go there around 7-8 am Wednesday or Thursday.

Monday's are usually busy, so I guess that's as good a time to go in as any.

Chinook went in on a Monday about 10 a.m. She was done with the first day by mid-afternoon.

If you go in later on in the morning or in the early afternoon, you avoid getting up early and falling in the long lines. However, if St. Lukes is super busy that day, you might not be admitted for your exam.

My fiancee went on a Monday around 800am and was finished by noon. Second day she recieved 6 shots total. She did pre-register online.

27 January 2012: Mailed I-129F

03 February 2012: NOA1( e-mail & Text)

03 February 2012: Check Cashed

NO RFE'S

22 June 2012 : NOA2 (e-mail & Text)

16 July 2012: Manila Case Number(by phone)

17 July 2012: Interview paid at BPI

19 July 2012: Set interview for Mid-Aug

23-24 July 2012: Medical St. Lukes(passed)

24 July 2012: CFO Seminar(had to go next morning for landline #)- PASSED

02 Aug 2012: Received e-mail from USEM our case is there.

15 Aug 2012: Interview at USEM - APPROVED

13 SEP 2012: POE Minneapolis, MN

27 OCT 2012: Married

19 NOV 2012: AOS package sent

05 DEC 2012: NOA's I-765, I-131, I-485

14 DEC 2012: Biometrics appointment finished(Walk-in..Was scheduled Jan 04 2013)

Based on advice from this forum, Roxane arrived about 1130, because many "fall in line" in the morning. In the late morning or afternoon, no need to wait so long. She was done by 1300. Mondays are the busiest day, so plan on a different day for less waiting.

As Tahoma correctly said, vaccination records are not needed. She will get age-appropriate immunizations. Typically 4 shots.
