my question is, when you get your 2years conditional green,

can you be traveling to your home country anytime you want or

do you have to file for seek permission from immigration (advance parole). Thanks

Yes you can visit but not stay there for more than a year I believe.

the 2 year GC is the same as the 10 year, of course you have to prove that you live here more than abroad, but no need to travel with any kind of permit. a GC is a GC to work and travel and be legal in the US. you have the same rights and responsibilities as having the 10 year GC.

You can travel, just don't stay outside of the US over a year or you will need to seek an Advance Parole to reenter.
