We are bringing my wife parents to the US from the Philippines and would like to see if there are any Filipinos with experience that can help us and tell us what to expect in the Philippines. We are just waiting to pay the AOS and Visa fees. We emailed the DS-3032 on Friday. We have have prepared everything to send and just want to make sure we didnt forget anything. Any help from everyone would be great. Please take a look below to see a list of items we put on our cover sheet to send and let us know if we missed anything. We have prepared the below items for both parents. Only sponsor is USC daughter. Would like to know how many photos are needed of each parent at the interview and if they also need photos at the medical. Any info on medical experience also and do they need CFO also? Are we missing anything?

I-864 Affidavit Of Support.

1. I-864 Form

2. Income Tax transcripts for years 2011, 2010, and 2009

3. W2 for Tax years 2011, 2010, and 2009

4. Employment Letter showing date of hire, current position, and hourly salary

5. Copy of Certificate Of Naturalization ( to show reason for middle name change)

DS-230 Application For Immigrant Visa

1. DS-230 FORM

2. TWO IDENTICAL COLOR PHOTOGRAPHS OF IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICANT

3. POLICE CERTIFICATE – (NBI NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION) FOR THE PHILIPPINES
