hello everyone i just wanted to introduce myself. My name is lewis, i am active duty air force and recently got married to my italian wife. I found this site during my searches and decided to try it out. i do have a question that im having some trouble getting a clear answer to. My wife is planning on visiting me in the states on her tourist vista for a month soon. should i wait to file my I 130 until after she arrives or when she leaves or? thank you guys and gals

Military has a great hotline not available to regular joes. Hope this helps you. They seem to get things done for military.
