aos from family,married citizen

AOS from family based visas means K-1 or K-3. You didn't arrive on a family visa.

You don't have to redo the I-765 if you don't want to work but it's free with the I-485 so you might as well.

What exactly did your RFE for the I-130 say.

She has to file the I-864 anyway.

Did you make sure to send a long form birth certificate? Was she born in the US?

Her birth certificate proves she is a citizen. What are you going to do about the affidavit of support?

she born in the us.what you mean long form birth certificate?i send her firt birth certificate which she got when she is born

Make the copy of the birth certificate is the entire page - front and back even if it is blank. If your wife has a disability, then you may need a co-sponsor if you do not meet the income guidelines for 4 people.

If it's the birth certificate with the footprint on it it's the wrong one. She needs to go get a certified copy of her "long form" birth certificate.

She also needs to submit an I-864, regardless of income, but if her income isn't sufficient you need a co-sponsor.
