I134- Affidavit of Support Help

Hi,

What should be check on the i 134 Affidavit of Support form for the question 11? Do you intend or do not intend to support the beneficiary?

Also, what documents to be submitted along with i -134?

i134 to be submitted at VFS a week in advance? what is the procedure to submit the document?

Question 11 Select checkbox "Intend"

I did CR-1 for my spouse so can't answer your remaining questions specific to K-1 visa.

But in general AOS must have these documents:

Completed and signed form I-134 by the petitioner

IRS tax transcripts for the last three years

Petitioner's employment letter

Petitioner's pay stubs for the current year
