I need help with question 11. I have filed before and they want to know the location, do they ask for the location where I lived at the time or USCIS location where I sent the paper work?

Also, they ask for A#, I don't remember it, I didn't keep any of the paper work. The other person doesn’t know aether, she is no longer here and has a new passport. Can someone tell me if there is a way to get the A number?

Place of filing will be either California Service Center or Vermont Service Center. A# is the Alien Registration number or Green Card number. Did you marry your fiancee last time? Did she get green card?

Yes we married and she did get a green card. She doesn't remember the number and the green card expired few years ago. Do you know if I can get that number from immigration?
