today i called state district rep and asked about my visa case and when they called back they informed me just today they have had many complaints about vsc this not seem very good since the district house reps area are not so big and to have many complaints in one day all about vsc and k1 visa's maybe they will but little fire in vsc tail

yes. I hope something speeds things up over there...I'll be at 200 days after this week (201 next Monday). I haven't seen too many petitions go beyond the 190's so I hope this week will bring an end to this insane wait....

1/13/12 - I-129F Petition Submitted to Dallas Lockbox

1/18/12 - Received at Vermont Service Center

1/20/12 - NOA1

1/24/12 - Touched

2/09/12 - Touched

8/02/12 - NOA2 (197 Days After Received at VSC)

8/14/12 - Received at NVC (Assigned Case Number)

8/16/12 - Departed from NVC

8/20/12 - Arrived in US Embassy Kiev

8/28/12 - Information Received from Embassy via mail

9/12/12 - Interview (Approved)

9/19/12 - Visa Received via Elin Ltd. (FedEx)

10/05/12 - POE

I am the USC who brought my fiancé here on a K1,  who's now a USC and is now filing for his mother - whose case just got approved :)

Do not get your hopes up too much, NVC is now backed and taking weeks! :angry: My case has been there since 16th and still not input! :wacko:

Makes me so glad goverment is now in charge of heath care!
