hi guys

my mom have a tourist visa..and she is planing to visit next month and stay for a month..then i want her to visit me again when my due date is close that means on january 20th 2013..

can she come and come back within two months??

08/12/2010 received NOA1

09/05/2011 received NOA2

20/05/2011 Called the NVC get NVC number and gave our emails

21/05/2011 DS3032 email Sent /

23/05/2011 paid the AOS fee Bill

25/05/2011 AOS statut PAID

25/05/2011 Sent Request to clear the error in my name (ughhh)

27/05/2011 PAID the IV BILL -statut in process

28/05/2011 got the response for my request to modify the error in my name..== OK

31/05/2011 AOS Package sent via usps express

01/06/2011 IV bill statut " PAID "

03/06/2011 AOS Package received by NVC

03/06/2011 IV Package sent via usps express

05/06/2011 IV Package received by NVC

05/06/2011 fingers crossed

17/06/2011 second stupid FALSE RFE for missing DS230

24/06/2011 SIF SIF SIF SIF YES SIIIIF (Sign In Failed) and Case complete ( CC)

If she comes next month (August) for a month, then goes home and back for close to your due date, she will be gone for 3+ months. She should be fine to come back then.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

She is fine. make sure that she never overstays the period stated on the I94 Card. The visa may be five years but if the I94 says six months, she must leave and re-enter. She could have 30 days extension to the I94 period form your local USCIs with proof of ticket bought. Beyond 30 days of that initial extension, she will have to apply to USCIS and undergo background checks. or simply leave and re-enter again.
