The I-131 (AP) is advance parole. It will allow you to travel outside the country while your AOS is being processed.

If you apply for both at the same time they will come together, as a combo card.

With the package AOS, do we also have to pay check for I-765 $380 ? One more question, just wanted to clarify do u guys attached your Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate or just copy of Certificate copy of Marriage Certificate?

If you file for the I-765 at the same time as your I-485, you don't need any additional fees. A copy of your marriage certificate is fine for the filing, bring the certified copy to the interview.

Hello VJ,

Just would like to thank to all of you out there who help in sharing things/ knowledge, thanks for suggestion and giving respond in my case what should do and what don't missed before submitted my OAS, its very kind of you, and i am really happy that i joined VJ group and met wonderful people even we never meet in real each of you. I am really happy that my case AOS moving along and done pretty fast (within 3 months only !). The good news came on other day, my PR has been approved and after received the welcome letter within 4 days Green Card in on hand.)

11/02/2012 Received Welcome Letter from USCIS, PR has been approved !

11/07/2012 Green card on hand

@Harpa Timsah: I don't think she even checked that...that's why she is asking the questions she is asking....

@Kittys: please read first what you need to do and then if you don't get something then ask. You are asking questions that are written down clearly both on this forum site, both on USCIS site. Please, take the time and read them!
