If your green card is conditional and you acquired it through marriage then you will receive a letter approximately 4 months before it expires and you must file I-751 exactly 90 days before it expires. So in October you should file.

You may or may not receive a letter form the USCIS to remind you to remove your conditions. You have a window to file the ROC that starts 90 days before your GC expires and ends when your GC expires. Failure to file the ROC causes your status to be revoked and you can be deported. So you can file starting October 26, 2012. Just make certain the USCIS does not receive the ROC before that date.

Good luck,

Dave

We are renting house. But since the owener sold it.

We moved in our church. And of course we changed our address.

Then we dont pay any bills except for internet bill.Bcoz our church provided it for us.

Is the internet bill will be sufficient enough?

You are living in the church now but how about before?. Send evidence that you have been living together during the past 2 years. Submit joint tax return, bank statements, utilities bill in name of both, pictures, if you travelled with him send hotel invoice, boarding pass, affidavits from family and friends in USA stating the relationship is genuine.

hi, ive been there and later this afternoon will be doing my Biometrics app...

anyways, FIRST- you should inform the uscis that you change your address. you can go online and look for it to inform them or call them..

then anything that you can show that you live in the same address like mails, packages with your name with the same address as his.. you should have many proof so they will be satisfy. invitation card, Christmas card, pictures with the whole family or relatives.. showing that you guys are always together in every family get together even with each other friends.. dont worry too much you'll still have 1yr to do it and prolly u will have much more proof by then.. i put together mine in 1month notice.. i just filed mine this june and receive my NOA 2 weeks after then 2weeks after i receive my Biometrics app.. it should be easy as long as you are honest. ;) and oh it will be much easier for the uscis examiner if you include a cover letter.. kung meron ka pang tanong, dito lng ako ill help you.. ^_^
