No, they don't care about you, unless they think there is a drug ring and they want to set you up.

The person can call you provided they have the means.

hi everybody I have a fast question if your friend get denied at POE does customs call you to let you know?

No, but the friend can call you if they get to a pay phone or have a cell phone that works internationally when they are excorted to the airline counter to be booked on the next return flight. Or the friend can ask the airlines to give you a call, but CBP most likely will not call. Your friend can ask. Why do you think he will be denied entry? The Embassy must think your friend will return home so why do you think the CBP agent will second guess the Embassy?

It's not their job to inform anybody else than your friend that he/she has been refused entry.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days
