9 years for an I 130 approval?

Your priority date should be current in a couple of days when the August visa bulletin goes into effect, based on what you've posted here. If the dates you've posted are correct then both you and your brother will be covered by CSPA. However, I'm thinking you should go back and verify those dates. Like Boiler, I'm a little curious why USCIS took so long to approve the I-130. They do sometimes sit on a family preference I-130 for a few years because they know there won't be a visa number available for many years, but it's not typical for them to sit on an I-130 for a decade.

Are you sure you're looking at the date the I-130 was approved by USCIS, and not some date generated by the NVC?

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

yes i am sure the dates are correct which i mentioned above my friend who also belong to this case saying that our case will be in current position by the next month but it depends on USCIS when they'll send us an interview call
