I was not sure about posting this, didn't want the harsh feedback and comments. Please do not say you still have a long wait and the time about how long it will take to reach the NVC, I am fully aware of that. I am just blessed for this step to be over and now onto step 2 wait and that i am ok with :)...

God Bless & OneLove (L)(L)(L)

Please let us know what next steps you will do. It was also a dream for me NOA1 = May 4th, NOA2 = July 20th. Congratualation !! I am waiting for your reply. BTW, do you know if we can set up email notification to NVC to track when your case/my case numbers? From what i know, I have to call them often.

You can setup email notifications when you call and get your case# then give them the emails of the petitioner and Beneficiary. Once you have case number you can send your DS-3032 email.

But call after yoour NOA2 a week later and bug the heck out of them until you hear the words "Case Received" than they of course will say give us 20 days to put in system. Keep calling and get case#.

Hi All - I called NVC today and got a response that they received my petition on Jul 23rd which is my NOA2! Is that possible (to receive the same day of approval)? As stated above, they are claiming that it will take up to 20 days to enter into the system.

Thanks

Congrats!!

Next Steps:

Get your KNG# case number from NVC and give them your husband and your e-mail address

Have your husband send the Choice of Agent e-mail to NVCInquiry@state.gov

Here is a link to the Choice of Agent e-mail format: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

After the NVC accepts you as his Agent they will send you an e-mail with the AOS fee and IV bills

You will then be able to log onto the payment site and pay the fees

Have your husband gather all his docs and send them to you

DS230 - Part 1&2 (only sign part 1)

2 passport pictures

Photocopy of the bio page of his passport

Original Birth Certificate

Original Marriage Certificate

Original Police Report
