Thanks but they say that (i mean the home department ) where he send mail was said that the USCIS will contact him after 120 days we just had not enough evidence of bonifaide relation of our relation and they even didn't take my husband interview so i still dont understand that why they refuse to give me visa they only take my interview and denied why?

The USC will receive a letter from USCIS and you will get the chance to overcome their findings and hopefully they will

reaffirm you. It can take longer than 4-6 months or it can be sooner. You can ask a senator to help you track your case.

Why they do what they do is the million dollar question no one can answer.

NVC Received : some dinkelsberry yehoo in the house of clingons send our petition to the wrong consulate.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

US Entry : Nov. 21, 2014

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Email &text : May 18, 2015, check cashed May 19,2015, return receipt May 21, 2015 stamped USCIS Lockbox, NOA1 (3x) May 22,2015

Biometrics : June 1, 2015 letter received for appointment June 8, 2015, successful walk-in June 1, 2015

RFE : June 12, 2015 for income not meeting guideline. Income does ( ! ) exceed guideline.

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Emails : Aug 24, 2015, EAD approved, EAD card ordered.

I-797 EAD/AP approval notice received : Aug 27, 2015

Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Not until you get to the NVC stage and get a case# will you be able to see anything yet. Here's hoping I get mine this week. But thanks for this.

The USC will receive a letter from USCIS and you will get the chance to overcome their findings and hopefully they will

We send mail to senator already but also no reply from them now i just want to know that right now what is our current case status thats it but i have no clue how to know it.

Call DOS as was suggested above and call your senator to track your case. If your senator's office is not helpful, call another office in a different city.

April 4, 2012 - NVC Case Number Received

April 9, 2012 - AOS bill Paid

April 12(ish) - IV bill Paid

June 11, 2012 - AOS and IV packages received by NVC

June 18, 2012 - Checklist received from NVC (to send forms that I am not even supposed to have!)

June 20, 2012 - IV packet approved

June 26, 2012 - AOS Checklist response sent

July 18, 2012 - Case complete

August 23, 2012 - Medical Appointment

September 26, 2012 - Interview - supposedly approved but put on Administrative Processing :-(

"By the middle of October" .. !!! End of September came and gone, middle of October also came and gone..

I think we live in an era where "promise" means absolutely nothing. We are becoming MORE AND MORE shameless in our conducts and in our words. Even the government works like it is a greedy corporation.
