Hello to all

We are filling out the I-134. In regards to question 7 about employment. I have two jobs and there is only space to put the information down for one. Can I put "see attachment" so that I have enough room to list both or should I complete two I-134 forms? What should I do?

The amount I earn per week varies slightly. So what we have done in taken my total year to date earnings, divided it by weeks worked so far this year and multiplied it by 52. Is this the amount I should put in the line where it asked for my "derived annual income" ? Or would it be best to put "see attachment" again and show them how we have calculated this out?

Matthew has recently moved and so the address given in the original I-129f packet is not correct. Regarding the packet 3 do we get notice just by e-mail or does anything go out to the physical address?

Just trying to make sure we have everything done correctly.

Thanks again
